So Barden is a "better" free agent WR than Mike Wallace. Nice!

Apparently!

Just worse than 33 other FA WRs, including our very own Devin Aromashadu.

...Which should be more than enough to convince everyone looking at PFF to take it with a pretty big grain of salt.

You have to take snaps and opportunities into account looking at these numbers. Even PFF themselves say that looking at the +/- numbers alone is a dumb thing to do.

They don't stand alone.

They don't discredit them, they advertise that they need to be viewed within their context.

The Minnesota Vikings wasted no time making sure their practice squad players will be around for the offseason. The team announced on Monday afternoon all eight have been re-signed to reserve/futures contracts.

Those players are: defensive tackle Chase Baker, running back Joe Banyard, tight ends LaMark Brown and Chase Ford, defensive back Bobby Felder, guard Tyler Holmes, tackle Kevin Murphy and receiver Chris Summers.

If the Bills don't resign Jarius Byrd, I'd be very interested in him.

Franchise tag if they don't come to a long term deal IMO. Best cover safety in football.

Halfback Adrian Peterson will have his abdominal issue evaluated after the Pro Bowl, and punter Chris Kluwe will undergo surgery to repair the meniscus in his left knee. Those were the two most significant injury updates in Minnesota Vikings coach Leslie Frazier's postseason media conference on Tuesday.

Peterson's abdominal injury -- described by Frazier on Tuesday as a "core muscle issue" -- first appeared on the injury report before the Dec. 16 game at St. Louis. Kluwe was on the injury report beginning with the Nov. 4 game at Seattle. He didn't miss any game time and finished the season ranked 22nd in gross average (45.0 yards) and 17th in net (39.7) among full-time punters.

Frazier also confirmed end Jared Allen will undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder after the Pro Bowl. Quarterback Christian Ponder (triceps), cornerback Antoine Winfield (broken hand) and linebacker Tyrone McKenzie (shoulder) all should heal without surgery, Frazier said.
