I think for the most part he does a decent job of sliding and getting out of bounds. That being said if his career and body mimic that of big Ben I'm not gonna be mad.

If he stays with us, he should work out with Mr Rice. Jenkins would run up the hill with Jerry, Delanie could catch bricks. If you can catch a brick, you can catch a football.

If delanie thinks he's gonna walk to the open market and get starting money on a good team he's dreaming. Some lowly desperate team may over pay but the niners should be able to bring delanie back at back up money if they wanted to

Yeah, the running thing always turned me off to an extent because you run the risk of having RG3 syndrome of taking hits, or the Mike Vick of running too damn much.
The thing is, I don't see Kap having those problems, in that way he reminds me a lot of McNab who was always the best out of the "athlete QB's of his era partly because he was throw first, throw second, run third. Kap is in that same mold and now we saw what can happen when you don't account forhis freak running ability. That was easily one of the most jaw dropping game I've seen from an NFL player, like ever. I think it's safe to say that the league recognizes that Kaepernick might have the best potential of any young QB in the league.

As much as I'd like to agree, it's difficult for me to. This victory was great, but there's been a curse that we've fallen flat in every third game of the season. I really hope our guys don't let this win get to them and that they stay focused going into next week. |
I could see next week being a huge let down for Kaep particularly. Tons of adrenaline going through his veins last night for his first ever playoff game against one of his hometown teams. People kept talking about how he won't be able to keep up with Rodgers, and he shut them up. He will be coming off a personal emotional high and it's always tough to sustain a level of play after coming down from that feeling. I don't expect Kaep to do anything near what he did tonight against Atlanta or Seattle, but we need him to keep doing well if we're going all the way (duh). |
I think the same thing can be said for Atlanta. This is Mike Smith, Ryan, Gonzo and along with other's first playoff win. They could end up coming out flat. |

Just flew in from Vegas! I don't have a voice left after this game. Gotta say, kudos to the Packer fans both on this sight and at the casinos. Showed lots of class. PS, I ended up eating the $280.00 Chris Angel tickets to watch the game (love my wife) so I retained my Niner card

I agree with the jaw dropping. When we were tied again afte halftime I told a buddy that with the dominance we were having I felt we should've been blowing them out. That third quarter was absolutely awesome.
