Lurie has hired 2 coaches and both have won coty so his track record is decent.

Yeah so its safe to assume Lurie insulted Lovie and Lovie turned and threw beer on Lurie and slapped Howie before he could raise out his chair, and Lance Briggs kicked in a door and leveled 2 securities guard and Lovie jumped on his back and Lance ran him home, where Lovies wife and Tony Dungy had biscuit waiting for them in the oven.

Hoping the new coach purges the entire remaining staff when he gets here.
Lurie says he's going to honor all their contracts, but they're free to go interview anywhere and the new coach will have the power to choose who stays and who goes.

Hmm, it's possible.
I'm actually surprised these other teams are in such a hurry to hire a coach with the playoffs still going on.

Most teams understand, with the playoffs dragging on til Febuary, you need to get someone in the door to evaluate what they have left in the building in terms of players and coaches.
No respectable head coach is going to walk through the door and say, " you guys, GM and Asst. Coaches, did a great job evaluating all the players. We'll just go with that this off season."
