Looking more and more like Chip Kelly is gonna be our new coach.
I wholeheartedly believe that - Jauron will be retained to manage the defense and Chip will focus primarily on the offense. Who do you think on our current Offensive Roster stays/goes? |

It makes sense for a rookie HC to keep a guy like Jauron who's been in the league forever. Besides, the Browns problems lay on the offensive side of the ball which Kelly will focus on. No need to really tamper with the defense by changing schemes/coaches. _________________

Chip will have to see if he and Jauron see eye to eye in their views of how to run a defense. You gotta remember that. _________________

Why move Hardesty at this point?
He played like a man possessed this year. _________________

Out of Curiosity, could Colt run Kelly's system.
I'm not very familiar with it, but as I understand the QB needs to be mobil and have accuracy in the short passing game. Seems that somewaht describes Colt's play. |

You don't think Hardesty looked good this year? _________________

Better than he was...but he was a hot mess the first two years.
Still too fumble prone. I want a Darren Sproles type as a change of pace back. Would love to bring in Danny Woodhead |

People will try to give you an answer but really it's a huge unknown. I do not believe Weeden can run a Kelly offense seeing as how his QB's averaged about 10 rushes a game during his tenure at Oregon. McCoy would be more suited for that style of offense IMO, but who knows. _________________

I mean if we could get a good pick for Hardesty, i'd move him for sure.
I just don't think we get good value _________________

I don't agree with you at all, but that's funny as hell. _________________

That was good.
Hardesty did fumble about every 30 touches, which is an improvement over the preseason where he fumbled 17 times on 15 touches (kidding).
T-Rich averaged a fumble per 100+ touches.
I don't think either actually lost a fumble. But, that is one of Hardesty's weaknesses. That being said, he ran a lot harder this year, may be the healthiest he has been since he was 7. |
