Could live with Minter because I believe he will turn himself into a first round pick, but Cordarelle Patterson would be the better pick.

The only way I would want Millner for the Bills is if both Jones and Te'o are off the board. Since Te'o is still there please give him to the Bills. Millner would be my choice though if they were both gone.
