What's first, Andy Reid hiring? or Tom Heckert hiring?

Heckert

Childress

Heckert is damn good but Reid will prolly have final say anyways.

Let me be the first to say rather unofficially, welcome back Dwayne Bowe!

“There is no way to overstate the level of respect and admiration I have for Scott on a personal level. His character, loyalty, integrity and commitment to a team are extraordinary, and throughout the last four years, he has consistently put the best interests of the Chiefs ahead of his own. I know he will go on to enjoy further success in the National Football League, and I certainly wish him the best in the future.”

Now get the hell out of here for ruining my team.

So glad to hear this. Pioli needed to go for multiple reasons. I guess this means Big Red will be officially named in the coming hours.

Excellent. This is the move that absolutely HAD to be made for this organization to have any hope of changing the atmosphere. I am hoping the "Patriot Way" can finally be completely exorcised once and for all with Matt Cassel being cut.

I don't hate Pioli contrarily to most Chiefs fans. That being said, he didn't get the job done. Matt Cassell was his terrible downfall.

I do think he would have loved to trade up for Griffin III but he never had any chance.

I'm shocked it took them this long, I thought he would be gone Monday at 12:01AM.

where does he go from here? back to New England maybe?

RGIII doesn't seem to fit the Patriot mold so I find it hard to believe that Pioli would bring himself to think outside of the "Patriot box" as far as RGIII goes.
