I figured to start a thread where we could talk about goings-on of other teams in the NFL rather than use This Aint Raiders Talk or other threads where they don't really fit. Feel free to lock it up if you think this is extraneous, mods.
Arizona is interviewing Todd Haley for HC. Lulz. _________________

The Chiefs are close to hiring Andy Reid as their next head coach. _________________

Apparently the Chiefs and Andy Reid are on the verge of a deal. Looks like Geno Smith will be off the boards number 1 assuming he's going to run a similar offense. _________________

Good news for us. That means one less team to take Joekel, Star, or whoever the heck any of is want. Also might help our chances of a trade down if they take Smith rather than trading that spot to a team hoping for a LT. _________________

Sounds like McCoy would have seriously entertained coaching here if he didnt think he already had the MIA job. I would rather have a Defensive coach anyways but would not have minded McCoy. |
I'm surprised he hasn't been given a head coaching job yet. His being able to adapt to both tebow and manning was amazing. Two totally different offenses and both worked well enough. |

So glad we passed on him last year. |
I liked Gaither so its kinda disappointing to read. That's not an uncommon thing with Chargers players though...

Damn right. Wasn't it Baggabonez that kept on saying we should have picked him up? _________________

In my opinion they are a joke. In the last ten years there drafts sucked. | #clueless |

The more I watch Cousins play the more I like him. He shows the poise, command, zip and accuracy you like to see in a rookie. He still has some rough edges, like learning when to roll out. But nothing that can't be coached up. The kid stands in the pocket like a champ though. I think he could be pretty good if given the chance. _________________ Bah-Weep-Granah-Weep-Nini-Bong

The sample size is so small though and the Redskins aren't going to let him go for anything less than a kings ransom. We'd have to give up multiple 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round picks. _________________
