As usual, it all depends on what we do in FA before the draft. At the #10 spot, I say we take the BPA for whatever position we need. It's no secret that I want and dominating DT first and foremost. But by chance if Moore is still sitting there and he's better than any DT available at that time, then by all means you take him. You don't pass on a possible impact player that falls in your lap just because he may or may not be your greatest need right then, especially if he's on the D-line. You add him to your current rotating DEs and have better talent in your depth. What I'm saying is, just take a page our of the Giants book. It worked pretty well for them over the years. You can still find quality players for your other areas of need in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. _________________ Wedding Vow: I promise I will love you until the day you really p-ss me off. |

1.) Moore is the most talented DE in the draft and nobody in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th is on his level.
2.) I am confident in Morgan and I feel Wimbley would be great as a situational pass-rusher. Nothing wrong with having 3 good-great DEs. You wanna bring up JPP(who wasn't very good this season), but the Giants took him in the 1st when they already had Tuck, Osi, and Kiwi. _________________

For people saying he could be long gone, yes he could.
But remember the top 10 this year is up for grabs. There isn't many "locks" as there usually is.
You could see a run on DTs and OL to push Moore down. If Detroit passes on him and there are no trades then he'll fall to 10. _________________

Doubt Oakland or Jacksonville passes on him though. He will go top 5 assuming he has a good combine and no injury from here on. _________________
