he's probably my 4th choice. For me, the deciding factor on Horton is what offensive staff he brings in |

That's valid though it works for everyone. Jurecki said it himself, hiring Reid (It works for all offensive coaches though) is just a roll of the dice that Horton stays. If Horton gets another job, what kind of defensive coordinator can he bring in? That doesn't just mean this year either, which is what a lot of people seem to be focusing on for some weird reason. If Horton stays this year but gets a job in 2014, it's really no different question wise. Who could Andy reid bring in to replace him? I'd pose that question to Haley and McCoy as well, what kind of defensive coordinator could they bring in? Haley's shown no ability to bring in a top notch defensive coordinator on his own (Romeo and Charlie Weiss were forced on him and he clashed with both). What kind of defensive coordinator can Mike McCoy bring in? He's a newbie to this the same way Horton is. It's a question we have to ask of everyone, not just Ray Horton. What kind of coordinator can you attract?

Andy Reid is telling #Chiefs owner Clark Hunt that he will bring ex-#Browns GM Tom Heckert with him to KC. They worked together with #Eagles
I don't think he gets to do that in Arizona.

From what I can gather from Somers/Jurecki, Reid was scheduled to interview with Arizona today. Yesterday he (Or his agent) canceled that interview when the KC interview went long/was fruitful and now he (or his agent) is struggling to be re-scheduled because we're booked for the next couple days, with trips to DC and Denver.
