Its the same job McDaniels got last offseason before getting promoted to OC. He'll probably get promoted after the Super Bowl when the Ravens staff likely gets poached.

OL coach?
Juanita can take OL coach when the stuff is poached or put on the D side as a positional coach.

the ravens current offensive line coach is horrible drunk with 3 duis maybe his contract is up and juan takes his spot next year.
