Just saw on TV that Juan has been hired by the Ravens as an Offensive Consultant for the Super Bowl and will most likely take over in a bigger role next year for the Ravens.

the hell is an offensive consultant? Sounds like an incredibly low level job. Poor Juan, maybe he'll sneak into the defensive practice and preach Juandamentals.

Its the same job McDaniels got last offseason before getting promoted to OC. He'll probably get promoted after the Super Bowl when the Ravens staff likely gets poached.

Jim Caldwell sticks, and what coaches are you going to poach from Ravens' offensive staff?

RB coach?

OL coach?

Juanita can take OL coach when the stuff is poached or put on the D side as a positional coach.

You kidding me? You work for 1 or 2 weeks and have a chance at winning the Super Bowl? This is a great job.

I would hope he would get a LB Coach job somewhere in the league, seems like what he wanted.

I guess from a job security and future outlook stand point it's kind of a meager job.
