Here it is. My in depth look at some of the Free Agents that the Browns may go after this off season.
Broken down into positional categories and I will update with more info in time. I want to get posted what I have now before the mocking season starts!
If there is a player I left off this list (and there are many) that you would like to see added, let me know and i'll do my best.
GUARD
I want to clear a few things up first here. The "avg" is the total average per carry by all RUNNING BACKS behind that player. Just the running backs. The "BC" stat is the average, by all RB's, BEFORE CONTACT. This should give you guys a really good idea if its the RB that is good, or the G. "Pen" is penalties.

- I realize not all the stats are listed. Its for various reasons. Time. Unavailable. and so on.
- I will update this list to add CB's rating in the slot, OLB, and TE.
- if there is a certain player that isn't on this list you would like to see, let me know. I'll do my best to get it updated. Don't expect it to quick though. I've been going back and fourth to classes that my job is paying for, so my time as been limited at best. For at least the next few weeks.

So Bradley Fletcher had a great year as a starter in 2010 before an ACL tear in 2011. The new coaching staff brings in 3 new corners and he still proceeds to outplay all 3 of them for long stretches this season and now I see he allows less than 50% of passes against him? How did Fisher have the nerve to relagate him to 4th ont he depth chart?
I feel Fletcher is going to be a steal of a pickup for whatever team signs him this offseason. Every time I have ever watched him play he has been a lot better than his status. _________________

There are some good corners and safeties there. Haslin needs to make it happen. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

I would rather bring in a corner if I had my choice. I'm not a fan of having rookies on the outside it we could bring in a FS and Corner through FA that would be a great get for our draft allowing us to do more things. _________________

All five of Fletcher's penalties came before week 8, just before he got benched. So if I had to guess, I think he just worked his way into the coaches doghouse b/c of the penalties. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

That whole team sucked, thats what happened. There was an OL coaching the defense, etc... _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

I think alot has to due with him being in philly -- I was impressed with him his last few games I saw him live this year in tampa (great game btw) and he seemed to pump guys up a lot and made a few plays in the run game which I thought he was weak vs the run- maybe it was just that one game but I think he can still be a great CB- If he does indeed hit FA and doesnt demand top top dollar I would love for us to bring him in _________________

Those numbers sure don't reflect a play who is horrible in coverage like a lot of this board was making him out to be when I suggested him as an option. I would also like to know how many of those 4 penalties were helmet to helmet flags?
Without Front 4 and another corner I think LaRon Landry could be elite here in Cleveland for a few years. _________________

I really want to sign a vet safety in free agency. I'd also love to get a vet OG in free agency. _________________
