| marty mornhinweg is my pick for OC. He had been the eagles OC for 6 years. He is an experienced play caller. Oak/Phily have somewhat similar skill set on offense. Oak just lacks someone who can call plays. Oak had a top 10 offense 2 years ago. Marty uses the PBS. That's what we need. |

With all due respect I completely disagree. Philly is a WCO/ZBS team. Most of the Raiders current personnel would not fit in their offense outside of Meyers, Moore, Streater, & Veldheer. Brisiel, who is well versed in the ZBS, would not be a good fit in Philly because they prefer larger OL.
Imo, the Raiders current staff is best suited for a vertical PBS. Norv Turner would be an absolute coup. A proven veteran playcaller who no longer has ambitions of being a HC (a la Tom Moore or - Lebeau). Veteran coordinators such as these are rare finds and provide invaluable consistency from year to year as they no longer want to bounce around the league.

If only it were that easy. I'm assuming Al Saunders will handle the offense during the Senior Bowl if we haven't assembled an offensive staff before then.
