If we don't get Norv he'd be good with the Jets or Rams. Doubt the Rams fire Schotty though.

Not a fan of the Chargers potentially being good again.

Norv will be a great Offensive Coordinator. I never thought much of him as a Head Coach though.

That's the best way to get rid of him imo.

Then we can hire Norv as our OC.

It may just be me, but i dont see the hype in Norv as a OC. And it seems to me that anyone who is expecting him to be a great coordinator is going to be in for quite a big dissapointment.

Norv was AWFUL the past 2 years. We had a poor OL, but he refused to ever adjust his scheme for his players (ie consistent 7 step drop backs with our horrendous OL, runs up the middle with Sproles on 4th and 1 vs. Baltimore, etc.) His playcalling was as bad as you could get it, and he refused to make any adjustments, never changed anything at halftime and never seemed like he went into a game with a half decent gameplan on offense. That may be due to running the show, but nothing he did anymore ever suggested that he'd be a good OC at this point. His offense seems to have been figured out, and he refuses to change it.
