If we don't get Norv he'd be good with the Jets or Rams. Doubt the Rams fire Schotty though.

Not a fan of the Chargers potentially being good again.

Could see Carmichael fitting in well here given his history with the team.

Norv will be a great Offensive Coordinator. I never thought much of him as a Head Coach though.

Why would he be good with the Jets?

They dont even have a real QB or dependable WRs.

Rams could be good. He could help Bradford, who is on his last legs IMO.

He'll get a couple interview for HC that's for sure.

While he never should have been hired, the decline should have been stopped last year.

Per Cardinals football guru Mike Jurecki, Ken Whisenhunt has serious interest in the San Diego job. No idea if the feeling is mutual.

Twitter claiming that Bruce Arians is going to be the next HC of the Chargers.

That's the best way to get rid of him imo.

Then we can hire Norv as our OC.

It may just be me, but i dont see the hype in Norv as a OC. And it seems to me that anyone who is expecting him to be a great coordinator is going to be in for quite a big dissapointment.

Norv was AWFUL the past 2 years. We had a poor OL, but he refused to ever adjust his scheme for his players (ie consistent 7 step drop backs with our horrendous OL, runs up the middle with Sproles on 4th and 1 vs. Baltimore, etc.) His playcalling was as bad as you could get it, and he refused to make any adjustments, never changed anything at halftime and never seemed like he went into a game with a half decent gameplan on offense. That may be due to running the show, but nothing he did anymore ever suggested that he'd be a good OC at this point. His offense seems to have been figured out, and he refuses to change it.
