| Quote: | | @chargers: Team President Dean Spanos announced that GM A.J. Smith and Head Coach Norv Turner will not return in 2013 |
Word from Charger fans is Spanos is cheap and will go coordinator route.
Not that is bad but he they wont be in the Kelly, Gruden, etc sweepstakes. _________________

This is the worst kept secret in football. Most likely landing spot for Lovie Smith IMO. _________________

The only thing surprising about this is how long it took.
unless you were being sarcastic, and the is laughing at your sarcasm, rather than the mess that is Norv Turner. _________________

FIFY
From what The LBC says, the Chargers aren't going to be big spenders on a new HC so that makes the odds of Lovie Smith ending up on the Chargers slim. Not to mention, Bruce Arians seems to be the clubhouse "favorite" at this point, but I'm almost certain they're grabbing an offensive minded coach. Mike McCoy and Pete Carmichael both seem like potential choices as well. _________________

The Chargers problem is their offense, Pags has actually got the defense back on track. |
