Totally unexpected. But probably won't happen.

Good he sucks now anyway. He's not a WR and has majorly declined on kick and punt returns. Time to move on from him too.

Devin Hester: "I don't even know if I want to play again. Man, it's been on my mind for two years now."

Devin Hester: "I got my workers' comp papers in my pocket. I'll see how I feel. I'm going to go home and talk to my wife and my family."

If that's how he's actually been feeling for the last couple of years then it's probably best for him that he retires. If he doesn't want to play anymore, then don't.

Players continue to show how much they are behind Lovie Smith.

Devin Hester: "I guess the fans -- the false fans – out-ruled us. I thought he was a great coach."

This is hilarious. Does someone have to tell Devin that Emery and George McCaskey made this decision? Not the fans.

That's fine and all, but if we had actually been successful with those players, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Maybe they should have won another game for him?

Hester calling fans, false fans, just shows how big an idiot he is and how delusional he has become.

Oh grow up, Devin. You sound like someone killed your puppy or slapped your wife. If you don't want to play anymore then don't, but spare us all the belly-aching.

He's probably had this mindset the whole time, and that's why he hasn't done anything this whole year. Goddammit Hester.

He's gotta understand it's a business and that people are always going to be coming and going.

Give the guy a break. For one thing, he's emotional because the only head coach he's ever had at the pro level is gone. Secondly, his job security is gone. We would all probably feel the same way.

He's probably had this mindset the whole time, and that's why he hasn't done sh*t this whole year. Goddammit Hester.

Can some one tweet him a box of kleenex!
