If I was Ron Rivera I'd be pleading my case that this team is about to take the next step and I am too (management wise).

The cap is a mess but the talent on the field would be attractive enough for someone to deal with the first two years. Not many teams have a pair of young players like Cam and Keek.

I think they figured out a lot, Cam especially. He seems to be controlling games more rather than just trying to make plays.

Kelly? Lovie Smith? Norv Turner? I wouldn't mind going after Gruden, but I think his A+ personality could clash with Cam's A+ personality.

Jason Cole from Yahoo sports reported this morning that word is Rivera job is safe & has been safe since the ATL win.....But i hope to god B.Beane dosen't get the GM job i will be very PO.

I'm honestly going to be upset if we can Rivera. I don't see who the upgrade is. Chip Kelly reportedly wants complete control, so I don't see him working out here. McCoy is a Fox protege, and he's doing exceptionally well in large part because of Peyton Manning. I know he made the playoffs with Tebow, but that was in a terrible division where 8 wins won it. Not to mention, Chud had DA playing like a great QB for a year. I'm not convinced by his resume. I don't want Reid, or Whisenhunt, or any of the retreads except maybe Lovie, so where is this huge upgrade that's going to instantly flip us into a playoff team?
