Who? |
Director of college scouting in Seattle. Has been there for four years in that role;
Go through the impact draft picks they have added in that time frame;
Unger, Okung, Thomas, Tate, Chancellor, McCoy, Wright, Sherman, Irvin, Wagner, Wilson, Turbin, Lane.
Just spitballing really with a little known candidate. But he has had some big time hits in the draft. _________________

His bio says he's only the director for the Western Region. Lots of guys there from the Wester Region, Unger and Sherman for instance, just saying that's what his bio says. Western Region only. |

Well then maybe you come back and promote him under Keim.
Of that List I posted the following would fall under "western"
Unger, McCoy, Sherman, Wagner, Turbin. *for some reason had Okung at Oregon State nor Okie*
It also means that high profile failures during his time such as Carpenter, Curry, Moffit et al are not in his area.
BTW I was working off this;

I got a few things to do here so I'm done listening to Jurecki. Final words from his broadcast, guest Kent Somers made a GREAT POINT about Andy Reid. Somers says if he's hired here as the head coach he'd likely have to hire a defensive coordinator (He too thinks Horton will be gone) and that when Jim Johnson passed, Reid failed to successfully do that. That's a great point. He also said hiring Haley will rub a lot of people the wrong way and that failed years back with Buddy Ryan, which Mike Bidwill is aware of. No other candidates were discussed.
Both Jurecki and Somers said point blank that Horton is ready to be a head coach and they both think he's getting a job this year. |

LOL, back listening to Jurecki who streamed the Bidwill press conference. Said when Mike Bidwill was asked about Todd Haley he, AND I QUOTE, "Completely skipped over the question and never mentioned Haley at all".
Interesting. |

Darren Urban @Cardschatter
To recap: Bidwill will interview Broncos OC Mike McCoy, ex-Eagles HC Andy Reid and Cards DC Ray Horton to start with HC opening.
Interesting, he also said he will interview college coaches. |

To give everyone a perspective on how magnificent he has been for us in comparison to everyone else:
Ken Whisenhunt's Cardinals
Four seasons of .500 or better
Two division titles
4 Playoff victories
Cardinals from 1978-2006
Five seasons of .500 or better (includes 9 game strike season)
No division titles
1 Playoff victory _________________ Legends Never Die. They Breathe Through The New Generation.

Bidwill said he would have no problem hiring a head coach and giving him personnel say. Said it all depends on the man. |

Shaw would be a good choice
But we already have Horton, they are very similar. |

I'm just grateful.
Greed is not good despite what Gordon Gecko would tell you.
Say we hire a new coach and continue being bottom of the barrel.
Now say the next ten years sees us hover around 5 wins a year with no playoff appearances.
I'll tell you guys " I said so " just like I did when you guys thought bringing in Vick from prison was a bad idea.
I'm right sometimes. _________________ Legends Never Die. They Breathe Through The New Generation.

If the Michael Vick thing is your pitch to be an NFL GM my advise to you would be to not quit your day-job XoX.
the guy was elite QB for half a season roughly. and honestly, Vick's performance is one of the reason's Andy Reid is searching for a new job as we speak. _________________
