Guessing they blow up the offensive staff completely. Clear the house for Norv and his men

Tarver stays I assume.
I expect many of the offensive coaches to be let go. ST as well. Wish we coulda kept Fassel.

Make me laugh thinking back to when everyone wanted Fassel fired.
ST needs to find a KR/PR specialist bad. That would help 10 fold. Jacoby was the reason everything turned positive for Fassel.
Moore fielding punts is ridiculous. Not 1 smooth PR on the team really.

Please no more former Raiders coordinators or coaches. Start fresh. Bring in a new mind. New scheme. New something. Knapp was a bad idea from the beginning.

Norv Turner is considered one of the all time great play callers. He'd be a new mind and a new scheme. Knapp was a bad idea, we all knew that coming in.
Norv is a great idea. He can carry 100% of the load on offense, letting Allen focus on everything else. Norv has been too successful at every stop as an OC. You'd be stupid not to want him. He's the vet play caller the offense needs IMO.

In slightly other news, looks like we lucked out/ got a jump on the GM search. Jags, Chiefs, Jets, Chargers, maybe browns and possibly more are all looking for GM's this offseason. Good thing we got our man and missed the chaos.
This should also get us first look at a lot of OC candidates as most teams that need OC's won't have a GM or HC in place to look at them before we get the chance. Hopefully Allen jumps on it and gets a good one soon.

This all day. Dude is a much better playcaller than HC and has been successful as one. Personally I think he could have a wade Phillips impact on our offense. |

McKenzie's time was coming and I think we were very lucky to get him. Hiring Allen late is why I think we got Knapp as most cords had jobs.
The Norv talk is interesting, especially with how friendly he was with our peeps in the TP interview. If that humble pie is tasty to Turner to return, I'd be all for it. Guy is a really good OC, and probably will be around at that position for quite a few years...I think Jets or Ravens will get him, but Palmer and DMC should do well in his system. Still need a good back-up behind DMC though.
EDIT: Some teams will be watching the playoffs before they will be able to make a move. We need to fire who we will be TODAY ASAP so we can move forward...

Hasnt happened yet.
My biggest question is will we stick with WCO offense as Allen has said from day1 or will he be willing to use a different offense? |
