Bottom line, we need one of them to show something so we don't have to worry about filling yet another spot this offseason with someone from the outside. |
Agree, they should have seen extended time a lot earlier. Still at least they have SOME film to be reviewed now. _________________

I wonder what the heck is gonna happen to Berg now that the ZBS is gone (hopefully). Does he have what it takes to play in a PBS? _________________ First jersey purchased: Jamarcus Russell.

Is Bergstrom really a crucial key to our success? Not even top 20 as far as issues or players go, so whatever happens to him is not very relevant. |

Agreed. Nobody is gonna hate on McKenzie for a 3rd round pick. _________________ (MLB)=A's, (NFL)=Raiders, (NBA)= Warriors

Trust me. The McKenzie haters will make sure it's a big deal. If every pick isn't a star as a rookie, he deserves to be fired, period. _________________

He's 26. McKenzie wasted a 3rd round pick on a 26 year old Olineman. He should be an all pro at 26 like others his age. And he can't even start!! #teamfirereggie _________________

Im not a Mckenzie hater but Berg was our 1st pick in the draft and he had an extra day to think about it, and now the could be useless and there were gems to still be had. Vontaze Burfict looks like he would have been worth a 3rd round pick now, guy had 1st round talent. _________________

I think he could he's just too slow for the Zone but in PBS that's not a big concern. |

Even the team Burfict ended up on didn't deem him worthy of a pick in any round. Can't hate on McKenzie for that one unless you're intent on hating on all GMs and scouts in the whole league. |

From the very little we've seen from Bergstrom, I've noticed that he plays way too upright. He doesn't look too strong either, but that's hard to tell in ZBS where strength can be masked.
He could very well be a useless player/wasted pick, but I think people put too high expectations for him due to his age & the fact that he was our 1st pick in the draft. 3rd round picks don't pan out as much as people think they do. At the time, we truley lacked OL depth, so it's understandable why the pick was made. _________________

I'm definitely not a Mckenzie hater but I absolutely hated the Bergstrom pick instantly. I gave McKenzie a pass on this one as I don't think he had his scouting aces in place, which better not be the case now. I also believe Bergs is in part the reason Wiz 1.0 is no longer on the staff. _________________ 2013 Mancrush: DT Richardson, OT Joeckel, FS Vaccaro, FS Rambo, WR Dobson, RB Michael, TE McDonald, OT Foketi, WR Swope |
