Haslem said they are searching for coaches with "strong aggressive leadership skills"
Does that rule out inexperienced coordinators and such, or more of a general statement? |

You can rule out Kyle Shannahan (Not a strong personality), Josh McDaniels (not a strong Leader), Brian Schottenhiemer (not a strong leader).
A name you may not believe but is a very strong personality and a decent leader is Mel Tucker. _________________ “From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring; renenwed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king.” -- J R R Tolkien LOTR |

Just some food for thought
| Quote: | Geoff Mosher @GeoffMosherCSN
I asked Lurie who was responsible for 2011 draft. Said he was taking high road. implication is clear that he feels Banner was culprit. |
So this is why we are going after a coach before the GM. _________________ “From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring; renenwed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king.” -- J R R Tolkien LOTR |

Doesn't fit within the personality of what the ownership group is looking for.
The short list is probably
Chip Kelly
Bill O'Brien
Dirk Koetter
Ray Horton
Jon Gruden _________________ “From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring; renenwed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king.” -- J R R Tolkien LOTR |

7 coaches and 5 GMs have been fired today and one of those wasn't Scott Pioli? What a joke _________________

I just hope we get someone good at this point.... hasnt this franchise suffered enough... we go from a once proud winning tradition... to having our team taken from us, then getting it back only to have to endure years of frustration and losing... I think we have earned the chance to catch a break for once. football gods.... you owe us one _________________ 2013 Joe Blackburn HOF Award Recipient

| I know he doesn't gel with the hints Banner's been dropping, but I for one would be quite happy with Wisenhunt. I've been very impressed with him throughout his career, and he managed a winning streak with even worse QBs than we have in Cleveland. |

I'd love Wisenhunt if the Cardinals make the mistake of firing him _________________
