Agreed. Without Ken coming, deciding to play Kurt, hiring Haley and bringing us to the brink in 08, we're just the "Same Old Cardinals". He's the winningest coach in our history. Let's all give a shout out to Ken guys, at the end of the day we owe him a lot. _________________

Jurecki tweeted that he's hearing Whiz believes he'll get another head coaching job this offseason.
He could be right. _________________

I don't see it unless that team has a QB in place. How could you hire him to develope a QB??? _________________

Hard to say. Nobody else out there has a great track record with QBs outside of MAYBE Mike McCoy (Did a solid job with Tebow, must admit) and MAYBE Bruce Arians but even he's kinda iffy. Andrew Luck's stats aren't eye popping and at the end of the day, he was considered a once in a lifetime type prospect. Most credible analysts called him the best QB prospect since Elway. Arians didn't exactly make him, you know? _________________

Radio is speculating San Diego, with Rivers. Heck could go to Chicago with Cutler _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

If Whiz does get a head coaching job this offseason, his new salary will be subtracted from what we owe him. Example:
-We owe Whiz 5.5 million next year
-Let's say, he gets a HC job with a 2 million dollars salary in 2013
-Due to this, Cards would only owe him 3.5 million in 2013 _________________

I've always maintained I'd want this guy to coach this team for another decade.
Very disappointed.
I'm an optimist but I don't feel good going forward. Obviously having both Whiz and Haley was the golden goose for us.
Anyhow. Roll the dice I guess.... _________________ Legends Never Die. They Breathe Through The New Generation.

Does this same rule apply if he were to get a coordinator job? _________________

I'm just guessing but coordinators probably don't make more than $1 million, so in the grand scheme of things, it is mostly negligible. The team is still on the hook for a bunch of money. _________________

This will be my thanks to Whiz...
Without him our team would of never went to the SB. He single handily help change the culture here in Arizona. But now we've had the taste of winning and we NEED it more now. Not only that but Michael Bidwill is WANTING to win more now and will not settle for mediocrity more then any Bidwill EVER! Plus all signs have shown he is more willing to spend money. Hint with the things that has happens in the past years. He is seeing how the NFC West is becoming and he knows he has to do this to become part of it.
I will always have a soft spot for Whiz now _________________

According to the Buffalo media, Bills team president Russ Brandon would, AND I QUOTE, "like the opportunity to land Ken Whisenhunt". _________________
