Doctors give clear bill of health to Georgia LB Jarvis Jones. Med report will be sent to teams Thursday, should solidify top-10 pick. |
|
And that's how he became a Jaguar. |
Accept he can't play with hand in dirt? | If he can play LEO and LB (similar to Von Miller), does it matter? |
I have doubts he can do that, so yes. | What about LB? _________________

If we are talking long term, ie planning for the 34? Sure, I don't think he can play the SLB and I doubt he is a WLB in the 43. _________________

Gabbert>Smith
JJ for #2. | Except no one said what you said. A coach said that with two years of work to his prospect status, Gabbert would be the #1 this year. Nothing about Gabbert as a prospect then being significantly better than Geno. _________________

Me too. I'm sure his agent is involved. _________________

Nothing about him being significantly better than Geno. Just that he thinks Gabebrt would be the top QB taken if he was graded this year. _________________

You are right. Nobody said that gabbert is twice the prospect that geno is. But my point cannot simply be ignored.
Geno smith would be a step back for this franchise. |

Geno smith would be a step back for this franchise. | Gabbert was a better prospect than Dalton and Kaepernick too. So there's that. Heck he was a better prospect than Tom Brady, Drew Brees and probably Aaron Rodgers too. _________________

| I wonder if that applies to his future status. |
Yeah, to me that just sounds like stating what we already pretty much knew.
I mean, Jones was playing at Georgia this past year and you'd assume with that, that he's 'healthy'. But unless his Spinal Stenosis has magically disappeared, the same questionmarks about his future are still hanging out there over his draft stock. _________________

Im not sure where you are going with this.
If you are implying that how you are regarded as a prospect has no impact on success then why do people even scout players? |
