I'll have the link shortly but per Adam Caplan, Steve Keim will replace Rod Graves as the team's general manager sometime next week. Caplan's stuff has proven credible in the past.
There it is, what we've all suspected for weeks seems a done deal now. _________________

Rod will stay with the team IMO, there will be some position created for him that uses his connections and contract nous. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Good change. Graves helped turn this franchise around no doubt but I think Keim could be a bit more effective in finding better talent.
Any word on if Graves will stay on in any capacity? |

maybe its just me but i feel with steve keim we will take that next step and do certian things we could or should have done in the past.
I feel like we will take a whole different approach to free agency and the draft and make the big splashes or the big draft day trades.
I envision being one of the teams who signs the big name FA on the opening day of free agency and not being afraid to make an rg3 type draft day trade. |

No word on whether Graves will stay but even though I'd like him to, I highly doubt he does. All indications prior to this have said he's gone entirely. I think that's what we're going to see. _________________

As others have said, not exactly surprising. Still, my 1st reaction was "Wow, we're really into it (change) now!" I'm excited to see what happens next! _________________

either he has been instructed to do what is necessary to keep Rey and bring in the best OC possible. Or he is taking the job knowing he is tied in with whiz. |

| I'm ready to just start a new era altogether. New HC, new QB, new GM, etc. We haven't been playoff good in a long time. |

To have a home grown personel guy, who's so highly thought of around the league, ready to build a consistent winner is so exciting.
When reading and hearing execs and media throughout the season, you want find a hotter name than Steve Keim.
I'm super pumped and hope they give him the control he deserves, Ken or no Ken. _________________

I can still only hope that whiz is fired to. As long as he the HC Arizona will not be going anywhere anytime soon. _________________

I believe Ken is a good coach in the sense that he's a good leader of men, that players follow him into battle. But where he's proven to fail time and time again is his inability to stick with a run game and his inability to develope a QB to even average standards.
Ken Whisenhunt the coach is a good one. Ken Whisenhunt the talent evaluator and developer at QB is suspect to say the least.
For the record, I too would promote Ray. _________________

I'm told Keim is taking the job with "full executive power" and that he will be directly involved with any decision regarding Ken Whisenhunt's coaching position. Whether that means Keim will move on or not is obviously anyone's guess. _________________
