I'm glad that everyone showed up and schiano said everyone is in shape. Good sign.

Here's a link to a little more info.

http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bucs/bucs-kick-off-otas-and-schiano-again-affirms-freeman-is-his-starter/2121957

Quote:
Dekoda Watson took today’s snaps with the first team defense at strong-side linebacker. That’s a position battle that likely will continue to shake out over the course of the spring and summer, however. Jonathan Casillas, a free agent acquisition from the Saints is Watson’s primary competition.

I hope Watson gets his chance at SLB. To me he brings what Black could but with a little more speed. I think he beats out Casillas.

Wow, didn't expect that one. Interesting. Watson surely has the size and speed to make some plays at SLB.

Nice find, YB.

Love hearing Freeman looking good and Spence busting things up. Young, strong guy could do some damage playing besides McCoy.

Yep. I k now it's early but I like what I'm hearing. I really hope drafting glennon motivates josh and it all clicks together.

Looks like we are using cameras on the QB's as well. Great use of tech, let the coaches see what Free and Glennon are doing when going through their progressions.

Also thought people would want to see a pic of Revis at OTA's. Still can't believe he's a Buc.

Good idea.

I would of thought that this would be a given already though.

I know Trestman just started using them in Chicago, but I think they might want to let them know there are better cameras out there like ours.

Here's another good one.

http://www.joebucsfan.com/?p=88760

Quote:
Interesting to see DaQuan Bowers lining up inside in what appeared to be several pass rush situations. Daniel Te’o-Nesheim and Dekoda Watson were alongside him on the left end.

Quote:
Wide receiver coach John Garrett continues to be very hands-on in drills and while teaching. Joe caught a time when Garrett essentially ran up to Tiquan Underwood and slapped him after a play, and the two then went over what appeared to be route details and technique. Garrett’s body language seemed to be saying, ‘I already taught you this.’ ALso interesting about Garrett, he was coaching up receivers on how to properly roll up on a fumble, and how to properly protect the ball once possession is gained.

Quote:
With Darrelle Revis relegated to riding a stationary bike, Leonard Johnson was working with the first team defense.

I like Johnson getting the nod. He got beat as expected but he's scrappy and showed that he can make plays.

That camera in the qb's facemask is actually brilliant.

Mark/team always seem to be a step ahead.

Sounds like we still need a slot reciever.

I love that we had perfect attendance and that everybody is in shape.

Lol if that were true wouldn't we have been a playoff team ?

I like the idea. It's a good one. Hopefully this is something they can get in the film room with the qbs. Only thing is: it's practice. Game speed is 100% different.
