He has stated he doesn't want to be franchised. IF he becomes available he'd be a real nice fill in for TG if he decides to retire. Thoughts?

I would love to hav Keller on our team. If I am not mistaken he is a very good blocker and a heck of a target. He is one of the few weapons the Jets actually have that can be concsidered a weapon and would be an excellent replacement for Tony Gonzalez.

I still chuckle when I think back to when Favre was a Jet for that one year and he said that Keller was hands down the fastest receiver he has ever played with.. is the guy fast..? Yea, for a TE he is. Is he faster than most WRs...? I personally don't think so.

back on subject.. he's a guy I would definitely look into since were going to have a gaping hole at TE. for me though, Keller seems to be more of the new undersized TEs that is just trying to stretch the field and cause mismatches.. which is all good and all.. but I like seeing TEs that can play that way yet they can also block well when they are in-lline.. and I haven't seen enough Jets games to be able to say definitively if he is a good blocker or not, or just an over sized WR..
