Since its basically offseason for us..
Just like title says. But please do not mention the obvious....we all know how badly we need a secondary and how horrible our QB play us. You can mention anything from defense, offense, to individual players, so here I go:
Kickoff return team-Our kickoff return team was GARBAGE this year. We would be lucky to just make it back to the 20, most of the time our returner would get tackled at the 15.
Mason Foster-I feel like he needs to have a good offseason and really step up his game going into next season. IDK if its just me but the dude just dissapeared....he is not even in top 20 for tackles in the NFL.
Mark Barron-Showed some good flashes the last game but has got to learn how to cover. He always waits for the ball to get there and then make the tackle, he needs to learn how to break and attack the ball. I do not want a Roman Harper clone on our team..
DT-Besides McCoy the rest of our DT's are really not that good...average on good days. I fee like we would have an elite D-line if we had a pro-bowl caliber DT next to McCoy.
Center-Been saying this for a while, Zuttah sucks at center. He is only a good reliever. He was never even that good at guard so I dont know who thought he would be a good center. I think our O-line would be so much better if we had a real center.
Tight End-Stocker is solid but IMO will be a #2 most of his career(but a good one). Clark is old. I said this in the Harvin thread, but our offense would be deadly if we had a real stud TE.
Those are the ones off the top of my head feel free to add _________________

Pass rush is probably the biggest one for me. I think with Clayborn coming back that area should improve. Another dt would be a great addition to our line. Also think with Bowers having a full off-season without rehab should do wonders for his game.
Te position has bugged me the last few years as well. With Winslow we should of been grooming a young guy to take over. Stocker and Clark are not the answers. I would really like to see us add Bennett. Big target, can block and be a threat in the passing game. Take Clark's $3.5M and throw that plus a little more at him. Plus the cat is still young. Defenses can't key on what we are doing with him in the game either.
Would also love to have a guy returning the ball in the kicking game that actually puts some fear in the opponent. I guess a slot guy as well. Someone could be our return specialist and our slot... Harvin _________________

The pass rush is pretty obvious, really no need to touch on it. It needs improved from every angle.
Next I would say is the short passing game. We really don't have a great slot guy (good thing you can find them all over the draft) and our TE situation is suspect, although I do like what I saw from Stocker this last game. Maybe he is maturing into his draft slot. Improving this will help Freeman, because then we can throw to a slot WR, deep to VJ and Williams, our TE, Lorig and Martin. _________________
