Andy Reid not holding players accountable is what destroyed this team.

Nnamdi and DRC suck for weeks on end and yet we still never let curtis marsh get a shot? Even when the brief moments he's out there he looks ok.

DRC's best effort game this year was after Andy sat him down and told him he'd make more money if he started tackling.

Free agents care about money, this isn't rocket science. Have enough of them and that becomes the culture of your team.

DRC wasn't a free agent in 2011 when he was acquired through trade. Asante was acquired through free agency before this "youth movement" you speak of and he never was much of a tackler under Andy Reid. Your turn...

I'm just saying we axed dude swiftly when compared to most of our other draft duds. We usually let them linger for a solid 3-4 years, but DTO must've eaten Andy's potato skins or something to fall from grace so quickly.
