I'm cool either way. I'll be happy if we win and things workout and we make the play-offs. But I'm also fine with losing and getting a better pick. I would love to see Manti and man would he look good in Giants blue. We do have quite a few holes on this team so we can't afford to trade any picks away. We need pass-rushers, corners, o-linemen, ILB, and maybe even a RB. I like Brown, Bradshaw, and Wilson a lot but you could see Bradshaw is on his last legs and if Brown goes down we only have 1 reliable back and he's still young. _________________

Amazing how all of these needs just seemed to pop up all over the place. I hope Reese cuts a lot of the fat off this team in the offseason. Im looking at you Corey Webster... _________________

this team just seemed to get SO old, SO quickly. like they aged into wheelchairs before our eyes this season. listening to Antrel Rolle's spot yesterday on WFAN he has no idea what to expect on Sunday. he's gotten in trouble before because he wears his heart on his proverbial sleeve, and, well, because I just don't think he's all that smart, but he was one step shy of declaring the defense will quit on sunday.
he did come out directly and say the defense has no dog ("dog?"..."dawg?" i must not be down with the lingo ) in them, that the perception around the league is that you can punch the giants defense in the mouth and they'll run home crying.
hard to argue with. especially these last two weeks... _________________

I think tuck and Webster are why the team seemed to age so quickly...and the loss of a field stretcher on offense.
Anyone who is wondering...minny, Chicago and Dallas all have to lose for us to make the postseason _________________

I cant believe the owners are trying to expand the playoff field. A team that has played as horrendously down the stretch as the Giants have doesnt deserve to make the playoffs.
I think the Eagles win outright tomorrow. 27-13. And it pains me greatly to write that _________________

Given the opponents and history of Dallas choking you guys are truely underestimating your chances. With Detroit force feeding Megatron in hopes of getting 2k they easily could lose to Chicago. That IMO is your only concern Sunday. GB is going to destroy Minny proving the 210yds he got earlier in the season won't happen again to break the record. Dallas ,well is Dallas. Beating the Eagles well that too has already happened 11 times this season. I'd say good luck but wouldn't mean it. I've seen this dog and pony show twice in the past five seasons. Damn if I want to see it miraculously occur a third time regardless of how poorly the 2012 Giants have looked. My only regret is that our game is not at 4:15 so we would already know the other outcomes and I could then root accordingly. Going for a top 3 pick or Elimination and possibly dropping 4-5 spots instead. Both have their Pro's and Con's. _________________

What exactly do we need to happen in order to make the postseason?
I'm all for the higher draft pick but even with a loss we'll probably be in the 20 range so not really in line for an elite prospect IMO. |

Happy Prince is active.
If we don't play hard today, I just have no idea what to say man. I mean with the Sandy Hook students there and our season being on the line, what more could you need to motivate you? _________________

Nice catch by Rueben. Not an easy catch at all with the zip on that ball and it being behind him.
