Laughing

Like, seriously. Why are we not allowed to call out people for being stupid? There are 3 posters in that thread that if I were mod, I would have banned from this site, on grounds of stupidity. At least when I do it, it is obvious and a joke.

Sigh.

That's defined as good discussion and not trolling. Interesting.

I'm going to start a thread titled "Can Tom Brady really win big games?".

And success!

[I'm drunk ATM].

I can just see the uproar if a thread like this started by any of us. Rolling Eyes Patriot fans will scream bloody murder but nobody will call them out on it. Confused

Peyton is working on it though.

Yes, Manning has been pretty putrid in the playoffs save 2007. His postseason record is 9-11 (with 8 one and done) while Rodgers' is 5-3 (with 2 one and dones). Because of his longevity (and Brady's) many think these 2 are better than Aaron but they really aren't on closer inspection - just don't say that too loud in the General or Comp forums.

So I just finished up reading a Top 100 NFL Players article on...Bleacher Report (don't ask why I was on there)..

It seems the author of said article ranked Aaron Rodgers at #8 in the NFL behind guys like Tom Brady, Richard Sherman, Geno Atkins, etc. I really appreciate this kinda humor and admire his effort in ranking the NFL's Top 100 just to slide in an amazing joke about there being 7 guys in the league better than Rodg.

I love having the best player in football on our squad.

haha, 1250 sport talk here in Milwaukee had a segment about this last week i think... & they took calls about...

there were a handful of callers that were saying thigns along the lines of "is football a real job though?"

& at first i thought "valid point" but then thought harder & im willing to bet there is no employee @ TMZ donating time & significant $ to charity & community events like many athletes (including AR) have

Also, ProFootballTalk polled 39 media people and asked them to rank their top 50.

No. 1?

You guessed it.

I think they almost nailed the top 5. I'd have swapped JJ and Brady though.
