I'd check out the price tag on Maurice Jones-Drew myself. _________________

Too much bad blood there and he is a whiny [inappropriate/removed] |
Same thing was said about Jason Taylor. Just saying.
Bush has been in Miami for 2 years. Taylor played there for over a decade and still came over. It's about money and opportunity. If we give Bush both, he'll sign.
That being said, I'm not sure how I would feel about that. |

I thought about Bush, he would be a good complement to Powell but I'm not sure how much $ he is going to be asking for. _________________

Give me a combo of Steven Jackson/Gio Bernard or Shonn Greene/Kenjon Barner...some combo along those lines at a price effecient cost and id be happy....also get us Jerome Felton so we can have a decent fullback _________________

Yes except Bush believes we tried to hurt him. Then there was his ridiculous comment about Revis. I just dont think it is a good match. I would love it if not for that. We need a home run threat. We have none. _________________

Jackson will likely take a big contract and Gio is a 1st/2nd round pick. We have bigger needs at the moment _________________

Don't know if it has been mentioned, the Jets are trying out Giavanni Ruffin tomorrow. _________________

I thought you said Giovani Bernard for a second.
For a future contract, I assume? _________________

Jackson I don't like becuase of age, injury concerns, and financial commitment. Bernard i would be okay with. We need that back. Any QB that we start next year is going to need a running game. _________________

Taylor routinely talked about how he hated the team, fans, and city. Things get said all the time, especially amongst rivals. It's like if Tom Brady somehow magically became a FA, you think the Jets wouldn't want him simply because he said he hates the Jets? If we offered him the best contract and situation, there's no doubt he would sign. |
