Every haymaker the Packers landed, the Vikings were able to bounce back. It is a trend with this team. _________________

it might be tough for some guys to swallow, but that's an indication of good coaching. and that players have bought in to it.
i'm not trying to stir anything up, but who was missing...?

Maybe after witnessing success, he'll buy in? _________________

Or Percy gets pushed off the team, Jarius Wright gets Harvin's spot and the Vikes gain some picks to fix the defense and the rest of the receivers.
Sherels shouldnt be playing defense, but he is coming on a return man.
I think its also clear that AJ Jefferson is lost as an outside CB, but he seemed solid in the slot. Jefferson sticks to his receiver but he is just so bad when the ball is in the air. |

Well I did say that we needed to go 4-2 in our last 6 to get the playoffs
GREAT effort and play today from one of the few Vikings fan here in Toronto Canada. |
I said that, too. And I'm also a Canadian Vikings fan (albeit living in The Netherlands (but always spending a few months in nearby, Winnipeg). I got my Christmas present very late this year (Saint Nicklaas brings our gifts on Dec. 6).
The Vikings have come together late in the year due to maturation of many of the young players, and having played together longer as a team. Both the offensive and defensive lines are playing much better, and overall, the defence is much better. I hope the nicked up players will be ready for Saturday's game. _________________ http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/9633/av5e.jpg |

we need to tackle better next week.
Also would like to see Blanton activated just in case Winfield plays and can't make it through the entire game. _________________

Same with Burton, having a few extra DB's active against the Packers isn't a bad thing.
Burton, despite not being able to get on the field for some reason, has always been the corner that gets his head around and makes a play on the ball. I'm curious as to what he's doing in practice that makes him inactive on gamedays. _________________

Yeah Jefferson is good when he can use his length/reach to cover crossing routes and slants. He really struggles on the outside.
Unfortunately, I do not view Josh Robinson as a outside corner either. I believe the coaching staff agrees with that.
That makes getting another starting outside CB important. _________________

Every Viking fan was pulling for him, no doubt. He may never get that close again realistically. But its Adrian, so who the heck knows. |

Robinson probably hasn't practiced as a slot corner; Marcus Sherels has. _________________
