I guess I can make a thread for this:
Michael Crabtree caught four passes for 65 yards in San Francisco's Week 16 loss to the Seahawks.
Trapped on Richard Sherman-island, Crabtree could corral just 4-of-9 targets. He did beat "Optimus Prime" for a beautiful 35-yard over-the-shoulder grab on the 49ers' opening drive of the second half, but it was the lone highlight for a player who entered Week 16 with 23 catches for 301 yards over his past three games. Crabtree will need to better Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson for 67 yards or more in Week 17 to post the first 1,000-yard campaign of his four-year career.
Let's give it to him! _________________

I believe he'll get it. he only needs 67? last time he went against PP he scored twice with close to 100 yards (dont remember if he got 100). _________________

He actually had 72 yards but Peterson is an absolute beast. Much of Crabtree's came after the catch. Can he do it? Sure, but people are severely underrating Peterson because of a few sub-par performances against Crabtree. _________________

He's obviously Kaeps favorite target, so he'll have a real good chance. _________________

not underrating him, its like when Clements had his best games against Fitz, but the other way around _________________

Haha, but come on big accomplishment for our team as we have been just flat out terrible at the WR position for years. _________________

Yep Crabs is coming into his own for sure. He's better after the catch than I thought too. _________________

That's his best attribute, his after the catch ability. I predicted he would go over the 1,000 yard mark, but it looked very shaky until the last five or so weeks. He's finally healthy as well which helps. Hopefully he can carry the momentum to the playoffs as we will need him to play BIG. _________________

I was really down on him earlier in his career, guess those foot injuries slowed him down more then I realized, glad he's coming around turning into a solid #1 _________________

what has impressed me more than anything is his speed. his foot troubles seem to be passed him and as a result he is shiftier and is running away from defenders. great season for him, he could eventually be considered as good as anyone on 3rd down. _________________ San Francisco 49ers 2013 Retirement Tour;

It's a YAC league now. He'll do big things... I was hoping Oakland would take him instead of #Mister4.3flat but sometimes ya get lucky. Well carry on and good luck in Jan. _________________
