Gentlemen I am not saying kick Romo to the curb, but the organization has to make a serious effort at finding his future replacement. By future I mean a young QB who can be groomed to take over in a couple of years. Mr. Romo's legacy is secure.

Well thats fitting of our team this season.

Romo has had three bad games all year...

and in a game we have had no D penalties all game we get one on a critical third down that basically ends the game.

No matter how many great things he does, this is now three games he has single handedly cost them (this, Bears and Giants). That makes them 11-5 and runaway division champs. ENOUGH!!!!!!!!! Do not re-sign him.

The entire team is crippled, our offense and Defense are down to 3rd string players. It's hard to be Romo taking all the blames for this lost. Feel sorry for him. What's an awful to end the season on SNF.
