Even if we did cut Dunta I would be fine with our current guys to start. JMO |
I wouldn't with Asante at his age and nagging injuries and corner being a huge one yr wonder position(McClain). An early pick on a CB should be a priority.

You honestly think that we will cut Dunta and not resign Grimes this offseason?
If we cut Dunta I thought it would be after next season...

I think Dunta has one more yr with the club. I don't know the cap situation, but we should be able to make his salary work this year, but we honestly don't hav huge needs, so why not go ahead and address a need that will come up in 2014? Dunta, Asante, McClain, (rookie) would hopefully be a awesome secondary in 2013, and it would allow for an easy transition to 2014 when we will hopefully have Asante, McClain, and (rookie) as our top 3. We wouldn't be relying on a rookie in the rotation. The player would already know th system.
