Finish 0-2, 6-10. Greg McElroy predicted stats 400 Yards 2 TD 1 INT
Coaching:
Head Coach: I have my top 4 candidates. In no specific order they go Rex Ryan, Kyle Shanahan, Mike McCoy and Chip Kelly. All three of the new options would bring possible scenarios. If we were to hire Shanahan maybe we would go after Kirk Cousins. If we got Chip Kelly, Mike Vick could be brought in and be sucsessful, McCoy I think we could draft a QB and he could groom him to an upper echalon QB.

Notes:
Rex Grossman-Veteran to be included in a group of young QBs
Santonio Holmes-I am ok with letting him go eventually but for now I feel we need to keep him on the roster until Stephen Hill proves him self, because at times this year it was ugly.
Dustin Keller: Attempt to sign him but at worst just tag him.
Rashard Mendenhall:Likely on his way out in Pittsburgh a former 1000 yard back who still has a few good years left in him.
Kirk Cousins:After seeing him in a few games this year I feel he is worth a shot and could be a very good QB. I could see him as a 3000 yard 20 TD guy who would not turn the ball over often.
Kyle Shanahan:I watched the Skins Browns game and seeing not only Kirk Cousins but also Shannahan. He showed that he can help a young guy out and lead a team to a win. He made Cousins 1st start about as smooth as possible and I think he deserves a chance as an NFL Head Coach. _________________

I actually like this a lot, so I know there is no chance of this actually happening.
I think the Redskins would look for more than a 4th for Cousins though _________________

Ansah isn't making it to the second and he is not a 3-4 OLB. _________________

I just don't get how we could afford all resignings and free agents. _________________

| We won't get Cousins for a 4th. The Redskins would lose value. He shouldn't even be on the trade block for them unless someone was desperate and overpaid. Mark Ross looks like he's going to the Panthers and Rashard has been injured so idk how I feel about that. I love the idea of trading down though. |

Kirk's value has only gone up since he was a 3rd round pick, he isn't going for a 4th. Also why do all these mocks have Mendenhall in it? Have you guys seen him play this year? He looks AWFUL. That would be such a bad pick up other than a 1 year non guaranteed veteran minimum deal. He was overrated when he was "good" and healthy but now he looks sooo bad. _________________

Based on his size I understand why you say that, but he so ridiculously athletic he would be an absolute MONSTER at OLB. Plus hes a guy who not only projects to a be a fantastic pass rusher but a guy who is only going to get better and better at defending the run. Hes my #1 pass rusher in the 2013 draft base solely on upside. _________________
