Jason Wilde of the ESPN affiliate here in Milwaukee got confirmation from Saturday this afternoon. EDS is a 5 year vet who has started quite a few games the last few years at G and C.
I know some here (Milwaukee not FF) have suggested that Saturday was struggling but this is quite shocking being 2 weeks left in the reg season and they clinched their division.
EDIT** Saturday currently leads all centers in Pro Bowl voting. |

Really?  That is strange? Maybe a undisclosed injury? McCarthy is pretty on top of the game .. I assume there is a decently understandable reason for it.

| Trust me, as a Packer fan, he lost all his strength as a run blocker and got bull rushed a lot in pass protection. He just wasnt good. Too old to physically keep up with the increasingly athletic defensive fronts anyone. |
