As an Australian I can admit that I am going to be a little biased on this one, but with Australian Crimson Tide player Jesse Williams tipped to go in the 1st or 2nd round (and us picking somewhere around the mean average of there anyway) would anyone else like to get this nose tackle on our team?
Would just be interested to know what the rest of you thought |

Yes, I'm interested. Him and Justin playing together for a couple of years could be awesome to watch. Aldon could get 30 sacks. _________________

I think Justin would get along quite nicely with a guy who can bench 600 pounds |

An Aussie in the NFL huh? I'm certain it's not a first, but perhaps the first thought to go so high? I could get on board if he were to be picked by our 9ers. _________________

I like Aussies, but it makes no difference in this case. I wouldn't mind him on our team. He is a heck of a football player, but we have bigger needs than NT IMO so he would have to be the clear BPA for me to be on board with the pick. If there are no DE, CB, TE, and maybe OLB (can never have too many good ones) available who have a similar grade then by all means. _________________

Wasn't RJF or Sop asked by Moss if they thought they were strong? One of those two replied that they bench 600 lbs. I could be completely wrong, but that's usually never the case. _________________

Sopoaga set the bench press record at the combine if memory serves. He and Larry Allen used to compete when they were both on the team in 2006. It would not surprise me if it were him, the guy is ridiculous. _________________

Guy can also haul a football 78 yards flat-footed! Gotta love Sop |

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me to hear Sop benches 600.. Dude has 350 lb guys walk on his back, with cleats. _________________

Jesse Williams will end up being a quality player for somebody. He is not worth a first round pick though.
This is not a quality year for teams looking for a NT. If it's not Kawann Short or Star Lotulelei, then no thank you. Not in the first 4 rounds. _________________

Oh rly. I count 5 NT that we could get in the top 3 rds...3 other DT that could play nose but would be best @ DE. _________________ I love me some 49ers, Michigan, and my Lakers.
