I just don't see HOU getting 150. _________________

I could easily see them getting 150 as a team. Our interior is getting shredded by less proficient running teams than the Texans.
I did like your subtle way of saying AP will go for 250 though _________________

Man I thought we got GDT's up quickly
Our running game actually clicked for the first time this season today. I don't know if it's cause Arian hasn't racked up a lot of carries these last 2 weeks or what. _________________

So, we control our own destiny from now on, correct?
Even if, we still have a chip on our shoulders. Yeah we are on a 2 game win streak against better teams in the league, but Houston is a top 5 team, and if I'm the Vikings, I'm excited to play them. Time to knock em off their high heels.
Keys to winning this game:
1) Win the turnover battle, like always
2) Shut down Arian Foster
3) Attack that defense. Christian Ponder might need to do more than just game manage to help us win this week. Houston's defense is honestly probably the most complete unit out there, as they all play as one, but they aren't unstoppable. A conservative gameplan to start will kill us.
4) Hand the ball to the best RB ever.
5) Don't get eaten alive by JJ Watt. Dude is an animal. Everyone must be ready for him.
They still have something to play for, as Denver and New England can still take the #1 seed from them.
Here's to another exciting game! _________________

No, We still need help from some of the teams in the East losing some games. If the Giants and Redskins win out, we miss the playoffs not matter what we do.
Losses against the Colts, Skins, and Seahawks hurt. _________________

Dang. Even then, the loses to the Bucs, Packers and Bears were all winnable too, its more so we just beat ourselves those games.
We just need to win out, and have a little luck! _________________

I'm not gonna lie, I all but gave up on the Vikings (sorry, I live in Minnesota, Love KFAN, but am more of a football fan than a Vikings fan) but I like it when they are winning. I got a good feeling about this one... _________________ 2013 Adopt a Minnesota Viking - Xavier Rhodes - CB - #29

If we win this game and the 49ers beat the seahawks then our game against the GB will mean nothing in terms of seeding to the packers (assuming they beat the titans). Beat the Texans and the Packers game will look less scary. We have Adrian so anything is possible. Skol! _________________ "Friends dont let friends be Packer fans"

I actually like how we stack up against the Vikings. I doubt we're able to limit AP but I don't think he can do enough to win the game and the limited times Ponder drops back he'll be under duress for the majority of the time.
How has your defense been playing as of late?
Also do you guys run a lot of stretch PA? Could be the difference in taking the top off our defense. _________________

If they want to stunt against a dominant running game, let'em. |

Vikings defensive end Brian Robison left the team's win over the St. Louis Rams on Sunday with a sprained A/C joint in his right shoulder. Coach Leslie Frazier said Robison will have a MRI on his shoulder, and the team will determine how much he can practice this week.
http://www.twincities.com/sports/ci_22205272/minnesota-vikings-robison-sprains-joint-right-shoulder
Brian Robison injured his right shoulder midway through the first quarter in St. Louis. Robison left the stadium with his arm in a sling and is day to day, said coach Leslie Frazier, who sounds comfortable starting Everson Griffen if he has to.
Frazier: "He has really become a student of the game. He's really working at his craft. As Everson has matured, he has become more of a pro at his craft. And it's paying off."
