That would just make my year. |
Impossible without using picks from 2014. It's one or the other... Warmack at #7 and I'm still favoring Barrett Jones at #38. He can start at center right away or be the first backup to all 5 spots for a year until Sendlein is cut after the season (cheaper than doing it now). | I 100% agree if Jones is there at 38 we have to take him. And just wondering whats Sendlein contract situation is his contract up, could we make a little from cutting him etc etc |
He;s under contract thru the 2015 season. We'd lose less than a million cap dollars by cutting him.
I'd like to see what offensive system we run before making a determination on him. _________________

No point in cutting him before the draft.
Afterwards if he doesnt fit the scheme or wont take a paycut etc, then fine.
We still have options across the board, plus Lyle is one player who is probably above the NFL average at his position. |

If he's red-flagged it changes things. I would like Minter or a Safety at #38 if Jones has injury issues. _________________

If Minter makes it to our 2nd round picj I will be screaming for us to draft him. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

I will admit, I would be very tempted by Minter at 38 _________________

It all depends on who our Head Coach is. But, yes, Probably. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Yeah, under most circumstances that would be hard to say "No" to given our current bullpen. _________________

Hard to say no to Geno at #7
Really that is probably where he needs to go anyway |

I'd love to say yes to Geno at 7 but I just don't see the fit. If Luck can't make it there, Geno can't. _________________

Glennon might be an option he would fit well with Arians _________________

We aren't taking Glennon at #7. Maybe we trade back and select him but #7 is too high... This is a super important draft just like Whiz' first one. Things would be way different had we not botched the 5th pick. _________________

Common sense would say you're right but there's maybe 2-3 other guys who really fit in this offense and they're all lesser prospects. This offense cannot move without a QB, running the ball is not a staple of the offense enough to counteract a poor pass game. If we can't get moved back and there are indications that Glennon will be gone at 38, we're gonna have a hard decision to make. Giving Arians a QB that doesn't have a big arm, big body and ability to drive the football down the field will essentially guarantee his demise and in turn Keim's as well. It's very much a "no choice" situation. _________________

Wilson fits as well, and is a better prospect (though that's not saying much, I guess). |
