Just something to keep in mind, Jacksonville traded Tampa their 4th round pick a year ago to move from 7th to 5th.
To get to the Raiders at 3 IF we wanted Luke, I'd say it would take no less than our 2nd. We'll see. _________________

Raiders don't have a 2nd round pick this year either. With the way Green Bay ran it's franchise for years, draft first all the time, I think Packer disciple Reggie McKenzie (Oakland's GM) would jump all over a 2nd round pick. I'd start with a 3rd and see where that gets us. |

Yep. Word is we're gonna get a swap draft pick from Minny for AJ. Lets hope it's say our 6th for their 5th.
You could then package a 1st,3rd and a one of your two 5ths. _________________

I would definitely make that trade. Get Geno and a round 2 offensive lineman. |

That's what I like to call the IDEAL REALISTIC scenario.

No doubt, ridiculously athleic, the bowl game really showed his upside as a pass rusher, he was in the backfield every second snap. He is very fast off the ball, amazing first step, great closing speed. Right now he is raw though, needs to get his hands more active, he has a speed rush and an inside spin move right now.
Potential to be a year in year out 12-15+ sack guy. _________________

He killed for LSU, he is strickly OLB, not a DE in 4-3, cannot stop run.
Can rush passer like it is going out of fashion though.
He has to be plan C or D at 7. |

Also, seeing as we are talking CLE vs LSU
Clemson DE, Carmichael (think that is his name, too lazy to kook it up atm), 6'4 280, endless motor
Would be a nice 4th round choice to add depth behind DD or eventually replace him. |

Bolded: Huh? He had like 14 sacks in 3 years... |

He can stop the run. He is not going to be an anchor, but he can work down the LOS well, and he can no doubt split the line and make a play in the backfield. _________________

Box Score Scouting?
I did not like the look at the sack numbers but every time you turn on an LSU game you see Mingo in the backfield consistently. _________________

Didnt say he finished.
He was always there to make a play, didnt always do that.
Caused hurries and other problems, or his teammates made plays because of his pressure. |

i was saying that months ago, but everyone insisted i was wrong. If you watch him he's very disruptive. Don't look at just stats, look at tape. |

Watched 5 LSU games just this season. More last year.
Every time he plays someone not from Alabama, Texas A&M, Georgia or anywhere other than Towson. That's more accurate. |
