He would help our defense tremendously. If he's paired up with a good GM, he could be a consensus top coach. Would need an offensive guru as an OC though.

Would love Rivera as DC - Lovie would be good too as DC, not liking him as HC though

Chan Gailey is a terrible coach all around so he was justified. Others at least were decent.

That's the first time I've heard Rich Bisaccia's name mentioned, but after reading his Bio I would be more than happy with that coaching staff. http://www.chargers.com/team/coaches/rich-bisaccia/b12b49b5-7424-44f2-a4e6-8a3fbeafd4d3 Seems like he's a guy that makes the most out of his talent on special teams, and makes the unit into one that will make an impact.

Not sure about Marinelli. He had success but That was under Lovie
