Parker has 5 sacks and Rucker has 4 sacks for 9 total. Sheard has 4. Hughes has 3. Rubin has 2. Taylor,Winn and Stephens have one each.

We got 9 sacks from R.D. End. I think we should stay with what we got and go corner back in the draft in the first round. r.d. end is not the problem some make it out to be.

Jonthan Banks for the win.

I can live with a Corner back, but I disagree that DE is not the problem. We really need a more consistent pass rusher. Many of our sacks are coverage sacks.

It might not be a serious issue but I would rank DE up there with 2# CB, G, LB... so basically we could just go BPA and I'd be fine with that.

THat is all

9 sacks is nothing to right how about especially the sack numbers that are being put up in todays NFL. Add in the fact that LDE is not blowing it up either. No team fears Parker, Stephens or Rucker. We need a DE the other offense is affraid of someone the LT is sweating every play and someone that gets in the QBs head.

I would not be upset if we took another corner though. It is pretty obvious we need both. We have to target both in free agency and if we miss one then we target that postion in the draft. If we miss all our targets in free agency, well then I guess thats is Cleveland and we have to find both in the draft somehow.

Even if he was in this years draft he would be picked before the Browns could get to him.

If we are picking high enough to take him next year I would be PO'd. It is no longer cute to think about landing the next elite prospect in Cleveland. We have enough young talent on this team to start smoothing some rough edges and taking the next step toward playoffs.

If it were one person, it would be top 20 in the NFL, not bad really. Honestly, we really need an upgrade at pass rush (either OLB or DE) and it will make our team a lot more versatile. Right now we are able to get a lot of team sacks due to the success of the middle of our DL. A double teamed DE on the outside? That would make our defense elite.

If it were one person then his backup would have 2-4 sacks as well.

We need a guy who is a thread on 3rd downs and other obvious passing downs like late in the game when we are leading. We don't need a starter as Frostee Rucker can more than hold his own. I would like to see someone like Trevor Scott. We don't need a guy like Osi, Avril or Michael Johnson because I don't think those guys will be happy as just pass rushers. They are going to want to start and be paid like a starter.
