I'm worried about Dennard mostly i think the other two will be ok. |
Yeah, I hear "hamstring" and "Patriots" in the same sentence and I assume it's a 6 week injury (though it's certainly possible he could be back for the end of the year).
They have been really unlucky with those nagging hamstring issues. |

That's where (knock on wood) a bye week would be such a boon for this team. Allow guys like Gronk and possibly Dennard to heal that extra week. _________________

| Gotta hope the hold out on Dennard was precautionary more than anything. Hamstrings are so tricky, it can be a nothing injury, or it can keep a guy out for the year. If it lingers, that means more Arrington and Cole, which is worst case scenario (and I like Cole as the fourth corner). |

I find our sudden lack of CBs disturbing.
We get our safeties healthy and now lose every CB.
So, assuming at least two of them are good to play, we are still forced to move McCourty back to CB right? |

If Dennard is out I would imagine Arrington gets the start opposite Talib. Cole in the slot, and Wilson in the dime.
I don't think Bill moves McCourty away from safety at this point in the season. |

| Quote: | Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib, who went down before halftime Monday night with a hip injury, "should" be ready for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers, according to a source.
The Patriots other outside corner, rookie Alfonzo Dennard, aggravated a hamstring but isn't expected to miss time. Kyle Arrington, who got trucked late in the game by teammate Justin Francis, said in the locker room after the game that he is fine. |
Sounds like all three are expected back by Sunday. _________________ Shut up, NBT |
