I'm still not happy until Owen is cut. Seriously what team in the NFL carries an inactive FB like we do week in and week out? _________________

Wonder if he has bulked up any or has worked as traditional FB or is he still a TE? _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

might as well see if TRich can have better success running behind Smelley. it sure as hell worked at Bama, it could work in the NFL _________________

Alex Smith is pretty bad as a lead blocker. Owen Marecic is umm...Owen Marecic.

derp. coulda sworn I saw him line up in the backfield and laughing, thinking "how funny would it be if this guy was a Brown", in my limited watching of Bama last year.
nonetheless Marecic is crappy and Smith is foul, might as well give Smelley a go _________________

He did lead block for Richardson from the backfield almost near as often if nor more often for Alabama as he did TE. Some people just pretend to watch college prospect and know all about them. _________________

The guy WASN'T an in line blocker. He lined up as a TE or a Wing and did come down on some wham blocks.
But I have NEVER seen him lead block out of the "I" or offset "I"
Some people don't like being refuted about their mancrush. _________________ The Dawgpounds new three headed monster!

If that's your biggest beef with the GM, consider yourself lucky.
Lots of luck to Smelley. I hope he sticks. |
