Brandon Jacobs suspended

I hated this signing from the start and expected him to get cut in preseason. I didn't get it because at the start of the season we already had Anthony Dixon. For those who don't know Dixon had a dancing problem before this year. He would dance around in the backfield and he wouldn't try to run over people. Much like Jacobs. Thing is Dixon is younger and could probably change his ways unlike Jacobs. Well, Dixon was in danger of getting cut and it was well known. He volunteered to work at FB, worked hard at RB, and plays hard on ST. He earned his spot on the roster the last week of the preseason. And let me say again everyone knew if he didn't play well he was getting cut.

He worked his way onto the team. It also helps that he is a great locker room guy from what we can see. He is like an on field cheerleader, and when he does well you can tell all the players around him are legitimately happy for him. He also changed his running style to a North-south style.

If Brandon Jacobs did anything he motivated Anthony Dixon. Dancin' Dixon is no more.
