Kind of bad news for SF. That stadium is going to be absolutely insanely loud, and Kaepernick has had a really hard time getting plays off on time as it is.

It's going to be insanely loud regardless of the time change.

That I am aware of. The game was always going to be a close on, and it's gonna be even better in primetime. I'm very keen.
