There is no official news yet, but Robert just posted " Your positive vibes and prayers worked people!!!! To God be the Glory!" after thanking people for their prayer and positive vibes towards the injury. Great news for Redskins fans.
I figured this can be a good placeholder until more official news comes out about the what could have been season-threatening injury.

Him/they are going to have to do a better job of limiting the amount of hits he takes.
For those who missed the hit. _________________

That's good to hear. The way his leg got hit looked bad and he looked to be in terrible shape afterwards. _________________

He needs to play more like Cam Newton. Cam never takes hard hits. I call it the "Cam Fall". When he sees a hit coming, every muscle in his body fails and he goes straight to the turf. He runs much like Vick. Extremely explosive and absorbs a ton of punishment. |

The way he was limping before he came off today looked like he couldn't put any pressure on it at all.
If he plays next week I'd be impressed but I'd imagine he'll just be nothing more than an in the pocket passer. |

RGIII has mad talent, but he'll have a career much like Vick as far as hardly playing an entire season if he keeps this up. I want him to have a long career, he doesn't need to change the way he plays but like suggested above he needs to take the Cam Fall. _________________

Like I've said all year, Redskins need to stop with the triple option and they need to convince RGIII to only run if he feels it's necessary and if he does, slide.
Otherwise, he's going to end up getting hurt far too often.
Good to hear it's nothing more than a sprain. _________________

Redskins fans just let out a huge sigh of relief. That looked really bad and I thought the worst. _________________

Man, so glad to hear this. This happened on one of those "must run" situations but still. Griffin's gotta learn how to slide. _________________ RG3 |

Whoever fixed his ACL a few years ago apparently did a pretty good job. |
