Not a fan, personally. I'm very disturbed by the fact that he couldn't make it work in San Francisco but Jim Harbaugh goes in there, takes nearly the exact same roster and kills the NFC. That bothers me.

Been there tried that. Failed. Not even moderate success.

At the end of the day my top 3 are

Ray horton
My top choice.

Bruce Arians OC of Indianapolis
Love what he doing with Luck and he filling in right now for the HC. All so like what he did with Big Ben.

Jay Gruden OC of Cincinnati
I like the offense and what he doing.

Will we have to stay 3-4 with the new HC?

If so what about Butler from the Steelers??

1. Not that my opinion means anything but I personally wouldn't entertain a single candidate that would want to change our defensive scheme.

2. Interesting, though I'd think we'd just go with Horton if we went that route.

What I really like about Gruden is, in all 100% honesty, Andy Dalton really isn't any good. He's actually a totally sub-par player when I watch him play and I've seen 3 Cincy games just this year. Gruden has somehow worked through that (AJ Green helps..) and I give him major props for it.

Jay Gruden
Vic Fangio
Chip Kelly
Dave Toub
Mike Nolan
Tom Clements
Jeff Tedford
Winston Moss

I was excluding Ray Horton so thats why I mentioned him.
Most he can get with Pit right now is a DC and Horton can get a HC somewhere????

You think a longterm HC will be hired before a GM? I doubt it unless it's a someone close with MB like Haley or maybe Horton...

Would anyone else here be sad if Graves does not get fired? How the hell does a GM survive with this many fired coaches?

Not even pretending Nolan = Belichick, but BB failed miserably in Cleveland too. People learn, make adjustments, and move on. I also don't think Nolan had the same quality of OL & WR that Harbaugh has now. Nolan also has quite a bit of experience in the 3-4. I'd trust him to take over.

I actually do not want to see Graves get fired. His drafts have been good but both Dennis Green and Whisenhunt cannot develop a QB. Can't win if you cannot get anything out of your QBs.

If he did get fired I would not be sad but I'm fine with him staying.

Teams looking for head coaches that conduct thorough candidate interviews usually bring in 5-8 guys for those interviews. If you had to compile a 5-8 list of guys you wanted to bring in and speak with, who would make your lists?

Bruce Arians would make my list. I am just not sure if he wants to coach or not.
