You guys would fall in love with Josh McDaniels. Stands heads & shoulders above nearly every coache in the NFL Offensively. Other than the 1 year hiccup with Rams as there OC what is to really dis like about him? He went into Denver with a hot start 6-0 & then the wheels fell off. Had he not tried to be GM & worked with Cutler & Marshall this team would still be his. Pat Bowlen made the mistake there giving him that much control.
Super young
#1 OC in the NFL
probably the most stern highly motivated coach
Cold weather coach
Tom Brady made his biggest leap in production during his years as OC.
After you sit down with Andy Reid, Shaun Peyton, Nick Saban, & the current staff. Who else is there with more credentials coaching a top 3 unit in the league?
You give JM Brandon Weeden for 2 years & I would expect a 4k yards 65% completions & 30+ TD average 5+ years. |

DS, you've been around long enough to know that doesn't fly.

I'd be ok with Josh McDaniels at head coach on a few conditions:
1. He learns from his past mistakes as a head coach in Denver.
2. He does NOT go anywhere near making the final call on personnel decisions.
3. He's not married to the 3-4 and keeps the 4-3 defense (and preferably Jauron at DC).
He's young, a hometown guy, has head coaching experience, and the passing attack always blows up when he's in charge of it. A strong passing attack will open up more holes for T Rich and Hardesty, as well. _________________

Stability is vital for young Quarterbacks. I do not like the idea of changing up systems on him _________________

that is all
