You guys are quite a bit more optimistic about this game than I am.
I see a similar thing happening to the Seattle game last year where the perceived strength of their rush defense and weakness of the pass defense sees Cam basically abandon the run and put the game entirely on Flacco - an atm I just don't trust him to be able to do that.
And if Kruger lines up at ROLB, then I think we're in far more trouble re: the zone-read than you guys are talking about seeing as he tends to run to his left and I don't trust Kruger like I (and everyone seemingly everyone else) do Upshaw to keep contain. _________________

Are the Redskins perceived to have a strong run D? Either way I don't see it. Seattle had the best secondary in the league. You can throw on the Skins all day If you want. _________________

Even I think that their corners can cover our routes. Not to mention Josh Wilson played here and knows the scheme and the route combos.
Our routes are so basic and elementary that DeAngelo Hall should look like an All-Pro today. _________________

I don't understand what you mean by "even you." I'm not criticizing but aren't you the most likely to think anything negative?
The route combo stuff would fall into the category of want to. When we bring out our best stuff we are damn near unstoppable. _________________

They have the 4th ranked rush D and something like the 29th ranked pass D. Im sure that in Cam Cameron's mind, that's a "Yes" _________________

Garcon is fast, Pollard had the angle to get him earlier and he just couldn't get there. _________________

And that's why McClain sucks... how do you give up that giant hole? I mean, he didn't even bump the guy going across his zone.... _________________

| Take note Cameron - that's what an effective red-zone route looks like. |

Oh man great drive.
I hope we can stop rice he scares me. Our run D isnt too bad. Our pass D is so horrible but iam not too worried about flacco. I just hope Rice can be contained. |

Why? If you give Flacco time to throw, he's a beast. It's when he's being pressure and eventually he starts to rush his internal clock because of it... and then decides to throw passes away too early or make that one dumb decision in the game. But keep him clean and he's good money.... _________________

I love that we're seeing SOME kind of motion in this game... we can only hope this "motion" also extends to the passing game.
